Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule 24hrs prior to your appointment. No call no show will bar you from future service.

Late Arrival

Please Arrive on Time. A 10 min grace period will be given, after grace period your appointment is cancelled.

Payments

A $10 Deposits is Required and Non refundable. Remaining balance can be paid in Cash or Card. Exact Cash no change will be provided.

Location

I’m a Home based Service Provider. We are located off HWY 287 Midlothian TX, 76065. The Salon is located in the back at the end of the driveway.

For Safety and Sanitation Purposes, No extra Guest are Allowed.

All VIP clients only are able to schedule Mobile Appointments. I do not travel Saturdays and Sundays. Mobile fee is Addtl. $30.

FAQ

Q: When can I expect the address?

A: Confirmation Email and Text with address will be sent 6 hours before your appointment.

Q: When can I get a refill & How much is it?

A: Refills are valid within a 3 week time frame. Clients seeking services beyond 3 weeks kindly book a soak off or arrive with bare nails. Refill prices are subject to tiered pricing based on the complexity of the new design you require.

Q: Do you offer refills for GEL-X?

A: No, refills are offered for Gel-X, however soak offs are $15 add-on instead of full amount.

Q: Do you offer design change / polish change services?

A: No, At this time I dont offer polish or design change. You’d have to book a new set or refill for Acrylic or Gel-X services. However soak offs are $15 add-on instead of full amount when booking a new set.

Q: What if I don't know what I'm wanting done to my nails?

A: Please review all tier appointment option details and photos. Try book to the best of your knowledge, and if you have anymore questions feel free to contact me.

Q: What shapes do you offer?

A: Almond, Coffin, Duck(acrylic only), Lipstick, Stiletto, Square.

Q: Do you offer walk-in?

A: No, I do not. I’m an appointment only nail lounge.
