Welcome to our FAQ page! Whether you're new to press-on nails or a returning nail lover, we’re here to answer your most common questions. From nail sizing and durability to shipping times and how to apply your luxury set, this guide covers everything you need to know to get the most out of your ChaNailed Couture experience.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a storefront. All sales are collected via this official ChanNailed Couture website. You can also shop at Pop Up Markets. Subscribe to stay in the loop.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes! Please CLICK HERE or visit the "Size Guide" page to view the size charts. The best option will always be purchasing a Sizing Kit. Kits come with free shipping. If you like to change your shape often purchase multiple shapes, the shape can AFFECT the fit of the nail.
How long does ChaNailed Couture Presson Nails last?
ChaNailed Couture Pressons are very durable made up of soft gel instead of plastic. If you want extra durability you always have the option to add Acrylic to set. They can last you up to 2-3 weeks of wear when prep is done correctly. Pressons are also reusable when removed properly.
Are ChaNailed Couture Presson Nails reusable?
Yes, ChaNailed Couture is reusable when removed properly. Follow the directions provide or watch my removal videos.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packaged and shipping label created you will be emailed your tracking information. Please check your “SPAM or JUNK” folder.
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
- If you do not receive an email from ChaNailed Couture within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folder. Alternatively, the email address entered may have been spelled incorrectly.
- To check your orders, log into your ChaNailed Couture account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
- If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing info@chanailedcouture.com .
I love an item, but it is sold out. What can I do and how often do you restock?
If an item is sold out, simply visit the product page of your favorite items, and click which size you would like and it will show a “NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK” button. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email!
How soon before I receive a tracking number for my order? Presson items are handmade, which can take 7-14 business days to complete. Processing time is 1-2 business days before the item is shipped. Also orders are shipped Monday-Fridays only.
How can I get in contact with your customer service team?

Can I purchase ChaNailed Apparel or art from any other retailer?
No, you can only purchase ChaNailed-ChaNailed Couture apparel or nail items from www.chanailedcouture.com
Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?
No, we can only update shipping addresses within reason. Please contact customer service at info@chanailedcouture.com to update addresses before the item is shipped.
I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?Please, allow us 24-48 hours to receive a response.
Do you offer refunds?
No, We don't offer refunds. You can exchange Clothing items if you are having issues with your order.
Do I need to set up an account to make an order?
No, but by setting up an account, you become a ChaNailed Couture member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our VIP email list for exclusive updates, giveaways and offers.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, upon signing up to make an account or by joining our VIP member list, you will receive an automatic 15% coupon code. You can only use the coupon code one time and can NOT be combined with any other coupon codes.
What happens if my package is returned to the sender?
Your package can be shipped back out to you upon receiving. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before your package can be sent back out to you.
How can I find out about product restocks?
To be informed please subscribe to our VIP member list for updates on our products and you will receive notification by email.
How can I cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you can contact our support info@chanailedcouture.com to see how we may best assist you.
My order was confirmed, but I received an email that states I received a refund. What does this mean?
One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on the way and you have been refunded for the cost of the out of stock item(s) minus any applicable discount codes used on the order.
Custom Nail Orders where the client has not completed the form in the allowed time frame so you were refunded.
Order was missing required information, the order will be refunded.
I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I apply it after my purchase?
Orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has been finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!
My order keeps canceling. Why is that?
Unfortunately the system will automatically cancel an order for different reasons. It’s totally out of our control. You can try the following options: make sure the billing and shipping address are the same or correct, try a different payment method or try checking out with Paypal. Hope this helps!
My package was delivered but I didn't receive it.
We have shipped your order. Once your item is with the carrier (UPS) it is out of our control please contact the carrier for any updates or information regarding your delivery.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails and newsletters?
To unsubscribe, simply go to the bottom of our emails and you will see a "Unsubscribe" link.
